Cleaner Experience in Allison
Overview
The Cleaner Experience in Allison is designed to make every technician’s day simple, clear, and efficient. As a cleaner, you’ll get access to two screens within Allison: the Today Screen and the Upcoming Screen. These give you everything you need to know about your schedule, customers, and job details—all in one place.
Today Screen
The Today Screen shows all of the jobs assigned to you for the current day.
Job List & Map View:
At the top, you’ll see a map showing where your jobs are located. You can tap each pin to view details about that job and get a better sense of your route for the day.
Daily Summary:
Allison automatically totals your jobs and gives an estimated duration (for example, “2 jobs – 4 hours 30 minutes total”).
Up Next Job:
The job that’s starting soon will always appear at the top, showing its start time and countdown (e.g., “Starts in 11 minutes”).
Viewing Job Details
Tap on any job to open its full details. You’ll find:
Progress Bar:
Displays when the job starts, ends, and how much time remains.
Job Type and Add-Ons:
Example: “Standard Clean – No Add-Ons.”
Tags:
See if the customer is marked as High Priority or other tags your manager has assigned.
Directions:
One tap opens Google Maps or Apple Maps for easy navigation.
Cleaning Notes:
Instructions from your manager (e.g., “Please vacuum the stairs”).
Customer Notes:
Information about the household (e.g., “Husband works from home—be mindful of noise”).
Property Notes:
Details about the home or neighborhood (e.g., “Gated community—let the guard know you’re here for Ms. Terry”).
Clocking In and Out
When you arrive within your allowed window, press Clock In.
You’ll be asked to allow location access so the system can verify you’re at the job site.
If you’re not detected as nearby, Allison will let you clock in anyway if needed that setting is turned on.
Once clocked in, you’ll see:
A pulsing timer showing active status
A countdown of remaining job time
Options to pause or clock out
When finished, simply tap Clock Out to complete the job.
Upcoming Screen
The Upcoming Screen gives you visibility into future jobs.
Monthly Overview:
Quickly see what days you’re booked and your total capacity for the month (e.g., “48% booked for October”).
Scrolling Job List:
View all jobs scheduled for upcoming days and weeks.
Detailed Job View:
Tap any job to see the same details available on the Today Screen—directions, notes, entry codes, and more.
This screen is perfect for planning your week or checking what’s ahead.
Tips for Success
Always review customer and property notes before arriving.
Make sure location services are enabled for clock-in accuracy.
If you notice missing or incorrect information, notify your manager.
You can freely switch between Today and Upcoming views at any time.
Make sure you save Allison to your home screen for easier use
