Does Allison have a mobile app?
Yes. Allison has a dedicated mobile app built specifically for cleaning technicians. It's available on both the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android).
Important: The Allison mobile app is designed for cleaners only. It is not intended for business owners, managers, or office staff. If you run the business side of Allison — scheduling, invoicing, reporting — continue using Allison from a browser or as a PWA (explained below).

If you're a cleaning technician, you have two options for using Allison on your phone:
Install the dedicated mobile app (recommended for cleaners)
Save Allison to your home screen as a PWA (works on any device, no app store required)
Both options work. The mobile app gives cleaners a native app experience. The PWA option is available on any device and is always up to date automatically.

Option 2: Save Allison to Your Home Screen (PWA)
If you'd prefer not to download the app — or you're using a device where the app isn't available — you can save Allison directly to your home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
A PWA works a lot like a regular app. It opens in its own window (no browser chrome), lives on your home screen, and updates automatically. No app store required.
On iPhone (iOS)
Open Safari and go to https://app.getallison.com/login
Log in with your email and password.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Add to Home Screen."
Give it a name (e.g., "Allison") and tap Add.
Allison will now appear on your home screen and open like a regular app.
On Android
Open Chrome and go to https://app.getallison.com/login
Log in with your email and password.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select "Add to Home screen" (sometimes shown as "Install app").
Tap Add to confirm.
You'll see Allison's icon on your home screen or in your app drawer. Open it just like any other app.
