What is the arrival window?

The arrival window tells your customers when to expect your team — not just the exact scheduled time, but a before/after range. For example: "We'll arrive between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM."

You control how wide that window is — both before and after the scheduled start time.

How to update your arrival window

  1. Open the menu and go to Settings.

  2. Find the card labeled Scheduling & Clock-in and click into it.

  3. Scroll down to the Clock-in & Clock-out section.

  4. Look for the Arrival Window settings.

What you can configure

There are two options:

  • Before arrival — how early your team might arrive before the scheduled time. Options: 15, 30, or 45 minutes.

  • After arrival — how late your team might arrive past the scheduled time. Options: 15, 30, or 45 minutes, or 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours.

For example, if your job is scheduled at 10:00 AM and you set a 30-minute before window and a 30-minute after window, the customer will see an arrival window of 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM. This will also show up on the confirmation email the customer gets.
