Overview

The Scorecard Report gives you a single place to view all of the feedback your customers have submitted. See your overall rating, filter by cleaner or customer, and take action directly from the report.

Getting There

Go to Reports from the main menu and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Scorecards report card to open it.

You can also go directly here: app.getallison.com/reports/scorecards

What You'll See

At the top of the report, you'll see your overall averages across four categories:

  • Satisfaction

  • Professionalism

  • Cleanliness

  • Likely to Recommend

Below that is a list of every scorecard submitted, including the avg. score, individual category scores, the assigned cleaner(s), and how recently it was submitted.

Filtering Your Results

Use the tabs at the top to filter the report:

  • All — every scorecard submitted across your business

  • By Cleaner — drill into scores for a specific cleaner

  • By Customer — drill into scores for a specific customer

You can also filter by date range using the date picker in the top right.

Sending Scores to a Cleaner

After a scorecard is submitted, you can send the results directly to the cleaner(s) assigned to that job.

  1. Find the scorecard in the list

  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right

  3. Select Send Score to Cleaner(s)

The cleaner will receive an email with their scores from that job. This is a great way to recognize strong performance or open a coaching conversation.

Other Actions

From the same three-dot menu, you can also:

  • Call the customer directly

  • Copy their email address

  • Send Email to the customer

  • View Customer Profile

Tips

  • Turn on automatic scorecards under Settings → Notifications to make sure feedback is being collected after every job.

  • Add your Google Place ID under Settings → Company to prompt happy customers to leave a Google review after submitting their scorecard.
