The Reports page gives you a monthly snapshot of your business — revenue, customers, job mix, and team performance — all in one place.

Getting there

Tap Reports in the left sidebar. The current month loads by default.

Revenue summary

At the top of the page, you'll see:

  • Revenue Earned — Total invoiced revenue for the selected month, with the number of jobs invoiced.

  • YTD Revenue — Your year-to-date total, shown in the top-right corner.

  • Paid so far — A progress bar showing how much of that invoiced revenue has been collected.

  • Projected revenue — An estimate of total revenue for the month based on all scheduled jobs, including ones that haven't been invoiced yet.

Monthly breakdown

Four cards show your key operating numbers for the month:

  • Cleans Scheduled — Total number of cleans on the calendar, with a comparison to the prior month.

  • Price Per Clean (Avg) — Your average job price, with the month-over-month change.

  • Gross Profit (Avg) — Average profit per clean after labor costs, with the monthly change.

  • Quotes Created — How many quotes you sent and how many converted to jobs.

Recurring vs. one-time split

Below the breakdown, you'll see your revenue split between recurring and one-time customers:

  • Recurring — Number of recurring customers, total cleans, and revenue from recurring jobs.

  • One-Time — Same breakdown for one-time jobs.

  • Total — Combined cleans and revenue across both types.

This helps you see how much of your business is predictable, repeat revenue versus one-off work.

Customers scheduled

Shows how many unique customers are on the schedule for the month:

  • New — First-time customers.

  • Existing — Returning customers.

  • Total — How many of your total customer base is booked this month.

Scorecard rating

A summary of customer feedback for the month:

  • Star rating distribution (5-star through 1-star).

  • Overall average rating.

  • If scorecards aren't being sent automatically, you'll see a prompt to turn that on in Settings.

Top customers by revenue

A table of your highest-earning customers for the month, based on scheduled and completed jobs. Each row shows:

  • Customer — Customer name.

  • Est. Revenue — Estimated revenue from that customer this month.

  • LTV — Lifetime value (total revenue from that customer, all time).

  • Schedule — Whether they're on a recurring schedule or booked as individual jobs.

At the bottom of the page, you'll find links to run additional reports:
