Allison can now automatically flag upcoming jobs where the customer does not have a card on file.
This helps your team catch potential payment issues before the appointment starts instead of after the job is already completed.
How It Works
When enabled, Allison will automatically mark appointments as “At Risk” if the customer does not have a saved card on file.
This gives your office time to:
Reach out to the customer
Collect payment information ahead of the appointment
Avoid payment surprises after the clean
How To Enable It
Go to Settings
Select Payments
Open Payment Protection
Enable Flag Jobs With No Card On File
Requirements
To use this feature:
Your business must be connected to Stripe
Stripe payments must be enabled inside Allison
Where You’ll See It
Jobs without a card on file will appear as:
“At Risk” throughout Allison
On the Now Screen
Anywhere Job Risk alerts are displayed
