What Is Job Activity?
Job Activity gives you a complete, timestamped log of everything that happened on a job — from the moment it was scheduled to the final payment. No digging through texts or asking your team what happened.
How to Access It
Go to any job with a status of Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
Tap the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the job.
Select Job Activity.
What You'll See
Job Activity logs every event associated with that job, grouped by date. This includes:
Scheduling — when the job was created and by whom
Confirmation messages — when confirmation emails and SMS were sent and delivered
Job reminders — every reminder sent to the client before the appointment
Cleaner status — when your cleaner marked on the way, clocked in, and clocked out
Rescheduling — if the job was moved, you'll see the original time, the new time, and who changed it
Payment — when a payment was recorded and by whom
Issues — things like a failed card hold will show up here so nothing slips through unnoticed
