Cancelation Policy

Your cancellation policy shows up automatically on appointment confirmation emails sent to your clients. Here's how to set it up.

Before You Start

Your cancellation policy is included in the booking confirmation email Allison sends to customers. For it to show up, you need that notification turned on.

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Notifications

  2. Under "When a job is booked...", make sure Send a booking confirmation is toggled on for Email.

If that's already on, you're good — move to the next step.

Set Your Cancellation Policy

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Scheduling & Clock

  2. Find the Cancellation Policy section.

  3. Choose your cancellation window — either 24 hours or 48 hours.

  4. Save your changes.

That's it. Your cancellation policy will now appear on every booking confirmation email your customers receive — so expectations are set before the job.
