Quick Tips

How do I get access to my Request a Quote link?

You can find your unique link under Menu > Settings > Website Lead Form. Just press Copy Link to add it to your clipboard and paste it anywhere you want customers to request a quote.

If I "Accept" a Lead what does that mean?

Accepting a lead adds the person to your customer contact list and unlocks the ability to create a quote or schedule a job for them. It does not send anything to the customer automatically until you choose to.

Does this feature allow customers to book online?

Not yet. Today, customers can submit the form to request a quote. Full online booking will come in a future update once we expand this feature.

How will I be notified when someone submits a form?

You’ll receive an email with the lead’s details the moment they submit the form. You’ll also see the new lead appear at the top of your Now screen inside Allison.
