How do I get access to my Request a Quote link?
You can find your unique link under Menu > Settings > Website Lead Form. Just press Copy Link to add it to your clipboard and paste it anywhere you want customers to request a quote.

If I "Accept" a Lead what does that mean?
Accepting a lead adds the person to your customer contact list and unlocks the ability to create a quote or schedule a job for them. It does not send anything to the customer automatically until you choose to.

Not yet. Today, customers can submit the form to request a quote. Full online booking will come in a future update once we expand this feature.

You’ll receive an email with the lead’s details the moment they submit the form. You’ll also see the new lead appear at the top of your Now screen inside Allison.
How to Use and Set Up Allison’s Online Lead Form
Allison’s Online Lead Form gives your customers a simple way to request a quote directly from your website, Facebook page, or anywhere else you choose to place the link. Once a customer submits the form, their information instantly appears inside Allison, ready for review.
This guide walks you through setup, how customers experience the form, and how to manage incoming leads.
1. Accessing the Lead Form
Open Allison
Go to Menu
Select Settings
Scroll down to Website Lead Form
Inside this section, you’ll see both desktop and mobile previews of what your customers will see.
2. Copying Your Unique Lead Form Link
On the Lead Form page, scroll until you see the Copy Link button.
Click Copy Link to copy your unique form URL to your clipboard.
You can paste this link anywhere you want customers to request a quote, including:
Your website
Your Facebook page
Your Instagram bio
Google Business Profile
Email signatures
Any landing page or ad
3. What Your Customers See
When customers open your Lead Form link:
Your business name appears at the top of the page.
They enter their address, and Allison automatically pulls publicly available home details such as square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Customers can edit any field if something looks incorrect.
They select how many pets they have.
They enter their name, email, and phone number.
They tap Request Quote and see a confirmation screen.
4. Viewing New Leads in Allison
As soon as a customer submits the form, you’ll see the lead appear inside Allison.
Go to the Now screen
At the top, you’ll see Leads and Quotes
Your newest leads appear at the top of the list
Selecting Review opens the lead details.
5. Qualifying the Lead
When you open a lead, you can review:
Address details
Home size and room counts
Number of pets
Customer’s phone number and email
Google Maps link to check the location
If the lead fits your service area and criteria, click Accept.
6. Creating a Quote or Scheduling the Job
Once you accept the lead, Allison gives you two paths:
Start a draft job
Create and send a quote
Select service details
Move the customer through your normal quoting flow
Schedule the job directly
If you already know what service you want to quote them for or schedule them with you can create a new job.
This flow uses the same quoting and scheduling features you’re familiar with.
7. Viewing All Leads and Quotes
To see every lead and quote in one place:
Click on Show All Leads & Quotes on the Now Screen
Review:
Open leads
Lost leads
Open quotes
This page helps you stay on top of follow-ups and prioritize new opportunities.
