Why It Matters

Adding notes and photos gives your customers additional context about the work you’ve done. It’s especially useful for property managers, Airbnb hosts, or commercial clients who may not be on-site but still want to review results visually.

How to Add Notes and Photos

  1. Find the Invoice

    • From the Now Screen, view all your unpaid invoices.

    • Or, navigate to a Customer Profile and select any past job, then click View Invoice.

  2. Open the Internal Invoice

    • The internal view is what you see as the business—it contains extra details your customer won’t see.

  3. Add a Note

    • Scroll to the section labeled Add Notes / Add Photos.

    • Enter your note (e.g., “Thank you for your business—see you next week!”) and click Add Note.

  4. Add Photos

    • Click Add Photos to open the upload area.

    • Drag and drop images, or select them from your computer.

    • Once uploaded, tag photos as needed (e.g., “Before,” “After,” “Wow Moment”).

    • Press Attach Photos to finalize.

What Customers See

When customers view their invoice:

  • They’ll see a clean gallery of all attached photos.

  • Your note will appear below the images.

  • Tags you’ve added (“Before,” “After,” etc.) will be visible for clarity.

  • Customers can click on photos to view them in higher resolution.

Tips

  • Use clear, high-quality images for best presentation.

  • Add tags consistently (e.g., always label before/after shots) to maintain professionalism.

  • Combine notes and images to personalize your communication and improve customer satisfaction.
