Overview
Allison gives you the ability to show your cleaners how much they’re estimated to earn for each job they’ve been assigned to. This feature is permission-based—meaning you can turn it on or off depending on your business preferences.
When enabled, cleaners will see their estimated earnings directly in their Upcoming Jobs view, giving them visibility into their pay while keeping you in full control of what’s displayed.
How to Enable or Disable Cleaner Earnings
Go to Settings in your Allison account.
Scroll down to Cleaner Permissions and click Edit.
Find the new permission titled Show Pay to Cleaners.
Toggle the switch On or Off as desired.
When On, cleaners can view their estimated earnings.
When Off, cleaners will not see any pay information.
How Estimated Earnings Are Calculated
The estimated earnings are automatically calculated based on how each cleaner’s pay structure is configured in their user profile.
To review or adjust this:
Go to the Users section.
Select the cleaner’s profile (e.g., Robert).
Scroll down to Pay Structure.
Confirm the pay type (e.g., hourly, percentage per job) and ensure it’s entered accurately.
Example:
If a cleaner is set to earn 50% per job, Allison will automatically calculate and display 50% of each assigned job’s value as their estimated earnings.
Important Notes
This feature is off by default.
Only admins or managers with permission to edit cleaner settings can enable it.
Estimated earnings are visible only to the cleaner in their own account.
This feature is designed for transparency and motivation but can be disabled at any time.
