Overview

Once a customer is scheduled through Allison, they’ll receive an Appointment Confirmation Email (if you have this setting turned on!). This email ensures clarity about the upcoming service—what’s scheduled, when, and where. The layout is intentionally simple, friendly, and professional, making it easy for customers to review the details or contact your business if needed.


Email Layout

1. Subject Line

Your Cleaning Appointment is Confirmed!

This headline uses a friendly checkmark icon and clear language to reassure customers that their booking is successfully scheduled.


2. Greeting & Intro
The email opens with a personalized greeting and a short confirmation message, such as:

“Hi Steven,
We’re happy to confirm your upcoming cleaning appointment with Cap Cleaning. Below are the details of your scheduled service:”

This sets a warm, service-oriented tone while immediately showing the appointment details.


3. Appointment Details Table
All critical information is presented in a clean, easy-to-read table:
