Written by Blake Wood

Note: As of today, you can not customize these emails. In the future you will be able to. We'll keep you updated when that feature is available!

Overview

When you send a customer a quote through Allison, they’ll receive a clean, professional email outlining all key details about their service request. The quote template is designed for clarity and ease of response — allowing the customer to quickly review, confirm, pay, or ask questions directly from their inbox.

Several parts of this email pull directly from your Company settings (Settings → Company), including your business name, contact info, and Terms of Service link. We’ll note those below so you know where to update them.

Email Layout

1. Subject Line

Your Cleaning Service Quote

This subject makes it easy for customers to identify the purpose of the email.

2. Header Section

  • From: [Your Business Name] via Allison

  • Sender Email: [email protected]

  • Displays a Quotation summary box showing:

    • Submission date

    • Customer name

    • Payable to (your business name)

    • Service location (the customer’s address)

3. Quote Table
The quote section includes:

Field

Description

Description

The type of cleaning service (e.g., Standard Clean, Deep Clean, etc.)

Frequency Discount

Displays any applied discount for recurring cleanings

Add-ons

Lists additional services (e.g., inside oven, inside fridge, inside microwave)

Base Price

The price of the service before taxes

Taxes

The tax amount and rate applied to the service

Total Price

The total estimated cost, shown in bold

4. Call to Action
Below the table, customers see a simple instruction:

If you’d like to proceed, simply reply to this email or contact us to confirm your service.

This allows them to respond quickly without logging into a portal.

5. Payment Link
The email includes a secure payment option:

Securely add or update your payment method for this and future cleanings.

Customers can click to add or update the card on file, which applies to this cleaning and any future ones.

6. Terms of Service
A highlighted box reminds the customer that booking the appointment means agreeing to your terms:

By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service. This includes our cancellation policy, service expectations, and payment terms.

The link points to the Terms of Service (TOS) Link you set in Settings → Company. If you haven’t added one, set it there so it appears in your quote and confirmation emails.

7. Contact Information
The footer includes your business’s phone number and email (both clickable), along with a thank-you message such as:

“Thank you for choosing [Your Business Name]. We look forward to serving you!”

The phone number and email shown here come from the Business Phone and Business Email fields in Settings → Company. If a customer points out the wrong contact info, that’s where to update it.
