How to Use the Customer Profile in Allison

The Customer Profile in Allison is your command center for everything related to an individual client. From service history to contact info to payment status—it's all there.


How to Access a Customer Profile

  1. Click the Menu (Top Right Corner)

  2. Go to “Customers”

  3. Search or Select a Customer

    • Example: Search “Patricia” and click her name


What You’ll See in the Customer Profile

🔢 At a Glance (Top Right)

  • Total Revenue from this customer

  • Unpaid Amounts (if any)

  • Status: Recurring or one-time

  • Last Cleaner Assigned

  • Total Jobs Completed

  • Quick-Schedule Button for adding a new job fast

📞 Contact Info

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Map Links (Google Maps, Apple Maps)

📅 Job History

  • Upcoming Jobs: See what’s next on the calendar

  • Past Jobs: Review completed cleans

    • Unpaid invoices are flagged

    • Mark invoices as paid directly here


Make Changes Easily

Need to reschedule a clean or update the assigned cleaner?

  1. Scroll to the job in Upcoming Jobs

  2. Click Edit

  3. Update the date, cleaner, or choose to:

    • Reschedule

    • Skip

    • Cancel

    • Cancel All Future Jobs

✏️ You can also click the Edit button at the top of the profile to update customer contact details or notes.
