If you need to raise the price for a single customer — without affecting your other customers — you can do that directly from their profile in Allison.

Step 1: Find the Customer

  1. In the top menu, click Customers.

  2. Search for the customer by name.

  3. Click on their profile to open it.

Step 2: Identify When the Change Should Start

  1. Look at their upcoming jobs.

  2. Decide which date you want the new price to take effect (for example, September 4).

Step 3: Edit the Job Price

  1. Open the job scheduled for that start date.

  2. Click EditChange Price.

  3. Enter the new rate.

  4. (Optional) Add a note, such as “Minimum updated”.

Step 4: Apply to All Future Jobs

  1. When prompted, check Apply to all future jobs.

  2. Click Save.

This updates every job from that date forward while leaving earlier jobs unchanged.

Example

If Gail’s weekly cleaning rate is $175 and you raise it to $200 starting September 4, all jobs on or after September 4 will show $200. Jobs before that date will still show $175.

✅ That’s it! The customer’s rate is now updated, and all future jobs will reflect the new price.
