If you need to raise the price for a single customer — without affecting your other customers — you can do that directly from their profile in Allison.
Step 1: Find the Customer
In the top menu, click Customers.
Search for the customer by name.
Click on their profile to open it.
Step 2: Identify When the Change Should Start
Look at their upcoming jobs.
Decide which date you want the new price to take effect (for example, September 4).
Step 3: Edit the Job Price
Open the job scheduled for that start date.
Click Edit → Change Price.
Enter the new rate.
(Optional) Add a note, such as “Minimum updated”.
Step 4: Apply to All Future Jobs
This updates every job from that date forward while leaving earlier jobs unchanged.
Example
If Gail’s weekly cleaning rate is $175 and you raise it to $200 starting September 4, all jobs on or after September 4 will show $200. Jobs before that date will still show $175.
✅ That’s it! The customer’s rate is now updated, and all future jobs will reflect the new price.
