Allison makes it easy to collect online payments from your customers — but first, you’ll need to connect your own Stripe account. This ensures that all payments go directly to you, quickly and securely.
Before You Start
IMPORTANT: You must have your own Stripe account.
If you don’t have one yet, you can sign up in a few minutes at **stripe.com.**
Once you have an account setup or you’ll be prompted to authenticate your account within Allison.
Step-by-Step: Connecting Stripe in Allison
Go to Settings
From the top right menu area, click on the menu dropdown and navigate to Settings..
Click the “Edit” button within the Payments Section
In Settings, scroll down to Payments and click “Edit”
Select “Credit/Debit Card - Stripe”
Click “Connect with Stripe”
You’ll see a button labeled Connect with Stripe. Click it to start the secure connection process.
Authenticate Your Stripe Account
A Stripe window will open.
Log in with your Stripe credentials.
If prompted, select the Stripe account you’d like to connect to Allison.
Authorize the Connection
Stripe will ask you to confirm that you want Allison to connect.
Click Authorize access to this account.
Return to Allison
You’ll be redirected back to your Allison Settings/Payments page.
You should now see a confirmation that your Stripe account is connected.
Note: You can disconnect your Stripe account by Clicking “Disconnect”
