How to Set Up the Cleanworks Integration in Allison

Integrating Cleanworks with Allison allows you to sync important customer data, such as leads and quotes, between the two platforms. Follow the steps below to connect your accounts quickly and securely.


Step 1: Create a Private Integration in Cleanworks

  1. Log in to your Cleanworks dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Click on the Private Integrations tab at the bottom.

  4. Select Create New Integration.

  5. Enter a name (e.g., “Allison Integration”) and an optional description.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Select the following Scopes:

    • View Contacts

    • Edit Contacts

    • View Custom Fields

  8. Click Create to generate your integration.

  9. Copy the Private Integration Token that is provided.

  10. Log in to Allison.

  11. Open the Menu and go to Settings.

  12. Scroll down to Integrations.

  13. Find Cleanworks and click Edit.

  14. Click Connect.

  15. Paste in your Private Integration Token.


Step 2: Get Your Location ID from Cleanworks

  1. From the Cleanworks dashboard, go to Settings.

  2. Navigate to Business Profile.

  3. At the top of the Business Profile page, click Copy to copy your Location ID.


Step 3: Connect Cleanworks in Allison

  1. Return to Allison and paste in your Location ID

  2. Click Connect to complete the integration.


Step 4: Verify Your Connection

Once connected, Allison will display your integration status. You’ll also see an option to disconnect if needed. At this point, you can begin sending customer data like leads and quotes directly from Allison into your Cleanworks account.


Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues:

  • Double-check your token and Location ID are correctly copied.

  • Ensure the correct scopes (View Contacts, Edit Contacts, View Custom Fields) were selected in Cleanworks.

  • Contact Allison Support for additional help.
